Xenforo Installation and Migration

I want the Xenforo team to do my installation and Migration from Vbulletin 3.8 to Xenforo
Will you do the migration as part of the installation and if so what is the extra charge?

I'm committed to making the forum software change, I hope to get this done no later the November 6th.
I'm going to make the purchase probably tomorrow, then we will schedule the installation after I have a few days to get more familiar with the admin section in the demo you provide.
