XF 2.2 Wipe XenForo installation to run multiple clean imports

Hello all,

As I'm learning my way through XenForo, I find myself in the need of completely wiping off my XenForo installation from time to time, so that I can run the importer from another SMF Forum multiple times. What would be the best way to do this? If I wipe everything on the DB I lose both the Administrator user, and I cannot run the XenForo installer anymore, so I also have to wipe the entire folder. Is there an easier way to achieve this?

If you want a fresh installation, just remove the /internal_data/install-lock.php file and run the install script again.

Or take a backup of the DB before doing the import.

Note that you will also have to delete any imported attachments from the /data and /internal_data directories.

Uhm, on a second thought... I just realized that this way I would lose all the board configurations, obviously. Is there a way to only clear the content (so Users, Nodes, basically everything that the Importer imports) but retaining all the rest?
