Duplicate xenforo directory encryption problem

An encryption error occurred in the paths "install and admin.php" after XenForo 2.2 migration. While using 2.1, it could be encrypted with .htaccess without any problems.

I believe you're referring to the same issue as here:

Fixed - Adminpage in PWA Mode - 401 without asking for Username and Passwort

If i click on "Admin", when Forum is started in PWA Mode, I only see a 404 401 Error.
