Fixed Xenforo clock bug?

Hey guys, not sure if this is a bug or a result of me messing up a translation somehow (I have partially translated Xenforo to finnish language).
I am using XF 1.0.1 on 2 sites, both have the same problem with the 24 hr clock format.

If a post/thread/activity is made at 14.10, the last 0 does not show up.
14.11,
14.12,
14.13 etc show up ok.

This happens with the Taigachat chat view too.

Attached are a few picture examples, 3 problems and the last one with an all ok clock (22.33) view.

It appears to be JavaScript related, as disabling JS appears to fix it.

This appears to be a jQuery behavior: http://bugs.jquery.com/ticket/7579

I have worked around it.

A clean up caused this regression. Fixed again.
