We'd need steps to reproduce this. What exactly have you selected criteria-wise? What is the URL you're directed to when you click that?

In the send user email page I have only ticked a user group with 58 members (that is their secondary group) This is in the criteria Member of any of these secondary groups

Then when I click on Proceed, I get what is in the video (list saysonly 6 member). But when I click on that link to view, the full list is correct, it shows all 58 members in that group.

The URL is /admin.php?users/email/confirm

• Go to > Communication > Email users
• Fill the form as below:

Hi,

Yes, since it's a test forum I have only in that group 3 users with a valid email address while the others have empty email value.

Aha, yes, that will explain part of the issue. What it doesn't explain is why the list opens up to 58 rather than just showing the 6 it has referenced. It seems odd that it says 6, then it should just show you those 6 in the list.

That criteria was missing from the View full list link. This is sorted now for the next release, thanks guys
