No, there is none yet.

Around newyear this thread (http://xenforo.com/community/threads/project-tools-for-xenforo.9761/) appeared and there was promised that in 2 weeks there'd be a Project Tools for xF.

But due to personal problems I guess it has been delayed. So far nothing.

Has the rss bug fix been placed on the gold download? I downloaded it before the fix, but I'll re-download it again if the fix has been applied to the download link.

Fixes are only applied to released versions if the issues are serious. It's far from the norm and we will indicate when we do it.
