XenForo and VPNs

This is the only forum I could find that I am able to post in. Basically, I am wondering if XenForo can bypass VPNs. If I register on a XenForo site and get on the site often, if I am using a VPN while on the site, could it be bypassed? Or would the VPN work?

It's entirely up to the owner of the site.
He/she can ban single IP addresses and can block IP address blocks.
If that block is used by a VPN than you cannot access the site.

Besides that, if you want to register on a page, your data will go through spam check measurements, so this could additionally block your access by default.

I use a blacklist that blocks numerous known open VPN's on my server, as well as most TOR exit nodes.
So it is dependent on the admin of the server/site on whether it will work or not.
