XF 2.2 XenForo 2.2.19 isn't available in the customers' area?

Not how I read it. The line "We recommend doing a full upgrade to resolve the issue" usually means there is a full upgrade with the patch as an alternative (note that the same line introduces the patch for 2.3). Hope someone from staff chimes in for clarity.

I interpret the full upgrade to mean the latest version available.
