I would like to create add-ons which add content to .css templates. Currently there isn't a clear area in the .css template where the "Find" in Template Modifications can find code. What would be really helpful is if all .css templates would have on the first line a comment like this, using navigation.css as an example:

/* navigation.css template */

You can already prepend or append content to any CSS template using regular expressions if necessary, even if they are empty (like EXTRA.css).
