I really have no use immediate use for the forum so I thought to have fan site

I don't think it does Nizar. There was a thread about this and they said that only XENFORO in the domain name is wrong.
Try some searches like XENFORO NAME.
It was definitely answered by one of the team.

I think the trademark guys on the xenforo team will on your neck if you buy that site - It falls under "brand confusion."
