[XenConcept] Hide BBCode

[XenConcept] Hide BBCode [Paid] 2.1.3

No permission to buy ($40.00)
Not sure if possible to downgrade :(

But this BBCodes is not working now.
HIDEPOSTS
HIDEREACT
HIDEUSER

Only HIDEREPLYORREACT is working.
Yeah, just tested and not working for me either. Replyorreact is working, but is apparently the only one there isn't a button for, which sucks because it's the main one I wanted to use. Just bought this and have already had to disable it. Hopefully we'll get a quick fix.

My forum users gets crazy with the issue as old post when edited are broken without the possibility to revert :(.

@rdn

Can you tell me how to map the HIDE tag to HIDEREPLYORREACT? I know there's supposed to be an option to map that tag to any of the others, but I can't find it. If I can figure that out, maybe I can go ahead and start using that as a default. Maybe.

I just is it as default, I didn't do any mapping.
Hmm. I didn't imagine it, because it clearly says in the description:

"[HIDE]This tag can be mapped to any of the above BBCodes. (Default - [HIDEREPLY])"

But I sure can't find it. I suppose it must require a template edit somewhere, so I'll keep looking. Thanks, anyway.

Sorry, but I'm still not seeing a "Hide Reply or React" button. There's still only 9 buttons showing under available buttons.

Also, if you could tell me how to map Hide to another tag, I would appreciate it. TIA

Have you looked at the permissions and options?

Yes, I triple checked. ALL the permissions were set to yes for administrator, Hide Yes or React (can't remember exact wording, because I have it uninstalled at the moment) was checked in the options, and I went through all the button icons, hovering my mouse over them to read the popup text, and counting them a few times - because I assume there should be ten for the ten options, but there was only 9. I also tried a rebuild. If someone else pops in here and says they have no such problem, then I'll have to look at other possibilities, but for now it sure looks like it just isn't there.

Hold off on spending time on this, please. An idea just occurred to me and I'm going to try installing again and see what happens, I'll let you know.

@XenConcept

Okay, no, it's still a problem. I thought maybe I had managed to reinstall the old version because they have the same name and they were both on my desktop, but I deleted all those and redownloaded from your site, reinstalled, and there's still only the nine buttons.

EDIT: Also, I notice that now I have to use the popup code box to hide text. Yesterday, when testing, it applied the tags directly to highlighted text, without the need for the popup. Can I assume that it's now working the way it's supposed to? I preferred the former, but I guess I'll get used to using the popup.

All right, I will study the problem.

The popup function was always present. However you can ask me in a private message a customization private of the add-on.

Thanks, but I'll probably just tell my members that they will have to get used to a new way of doing it. An extra step or two won't kill them.
