I'm using the latest. Are you sure your not logging in with just moderating permission rather than admin permissions? that may account why your not seeing it in the admincp. Odd issue you have if that's not the case.

Spoke too soon

I've created a notification but it doesn't actually show up (and the preview button doesn't display it either).

Any ideas?

Actually, yeah your right.

Have you made sure that you haven't set a page criteria and your looking in the wrong place?

Maybe chris can step in because I'm stumped. I installed it and it simply worked as described. Perhaps you have another add-on installed conflicting with this or it could be overseeing an obvious issue. I'm sure Chris will respond soon and rectify this issue or setting that needs adjusted

Just a note to remember on Admin CP, and permissions.

If you're not logging in with a Super Admin account you will need to ensure that you manage the Administrator permissions to allow management of Notifications.

Admin CP > Users > Administrators

Then chose the Administrator and give them "Can Manage Notifications".

The thing I forgot to add in that post is the confusion will be that there's two sets of permissions.

You have the Admin CP permissions which are set on individual administrators, but they are entirely separate from the User Group Permissions which need to be set for the front end Notification Centre.

Looks like our problem was an issue with the CDN on our subdomain not pushing the javscript file properly. Waiting for our hosts to fix it.

I'm finding members with IE8 are seeing black on black with custom coloured notifications.

Lovely... IE8 doesn't support alpha transparency.

I'll release an update which falls back to a solid colour.
