XF 1.1 xen link code

I have successfully used {xen link in a template and in the navbar links.

How do I use it in a forum post?
Using the Insert button means it automatically adds http:// to it which doesn't work.

xen:link syntax doesn't work inside of user posts. Just post the regular hyperlink in your post.

ah ok this is because the site is being prepared to go live and will be pointed at its domain then so was using the xen codes.Never mind I'll just change the forum posts their won't be many.
