Firstly, If I could have disabled my signature, I would have done so. My services are not in standard shared hosting - they are in specialist VPS hosting...a VERY different market which wouldn't be suitable for the average Joe. My intentions in this thread are solely to prevent members getting ripped off. I've been in the business a fair amount of time, and feel I should contribute where possible to prevent people making the wrong choices.

I know for a fact, when you list an ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER and RELATED companies...people are MORE COMFORTABLE than simply buying from someone who has a support "form" and a website template...you know, like you do.

My website isnt a template. Its a website detailing our company details. People are NOT more comfortable with a random guy on a forum, over an established website detailing contact details, company details, company registration proof, etc. Read your first few posts - theres no proof of who you are. Its all talk - this needs rectifying.

You've still skipped past my request for a link to your TOS and Fair usage policy. If you seriously think people are going to take you seriously you're foolish. Nobody who gives a damn about their website will buy hosting from a random forum member with zero credibility, no address, no company registration, no terms of service, no fair usage policy, no service level agreement, etc. Clearly you arent serious about your business if you wont provide something as simple as a TOS/Fair usage policy.

If you aren't going to provide them in your next post, don't bother responding to me. Based on what I've been shown by other XF members about this thread, you've not got the best credibility. I don't want to believe that, but you're really not helping yourself.

I think its more of a case of getting the facts right - thats all we've all asked for but the OP's refusal to provide basic info has caused this to turn into an argument.

Hosting websites can be deceiving. For all anyone knows it could be a HS kid who does tech support when he gets home from school.
That is not to say a HS kid may not know what he is doing.
I have always stayed away from hosts that don't have telephone support in addition to a ticket system.

I only go with established companies that have gone through the first year of hosting, at least .. they have the experience then of not being a reseller, replacing hardware, having a good set up and not just specs, don't oversell, and gone through the process of 'we are improving!' by moving 5 times in a year between data centers. Oh, and they haven't quit or gone bankrupt.

The worry I think some people have is that if someone who is a novice and doesn't really understand hosting etc they may feel that this is endorsed or recommended as it has its own thread on the official forum. If (and I hope it won't) the service goes knees up and they lose all their data and hard work then that isn't good for them, and they may even feel that XenForo are at fault.

One thread with recommendations and experiences of various hosting providers would let newer people look at a wide range of services and hopefully make their own mind up about what is good value for money for them and sounds reliable enough and also avoids any service appearing to be recommended.

Well maybe that is for mods or the site owners to decide?. If they let this thread stay doesn't it mean people have the right to offer their services?.

True indeed. Fortunately, it is clear that I am not, as I have ALREADY shown a TOLL FREE telephone number (you know free to the dialer, but pay per minute to the owner). So I don't fit that bill.

My hosting is not for everyone...if it is not for you, and you have no experience with my company...your beef is 100% speculation, hatred and unfounded.

I have not refused to supply company information, I simply said...not yet...as the site is under construction, and all will be made available.

A hosting review section would be great.

I have no intention of bantering with trolls. Any valid questions will be answered. I notice the same people start trouble all over this forum.

It will be great when the IGNORE feature is ready. I have several waiting on a list to immediately implement it on.

This is not unlimited "bandwidth", but data transfer.
Bandwidth is simultaneous users, Transfer is amount of data sent.
You have no limits on transfer, and you have enough bandwidth for a robust forum.
As long as you use a reasonable amount of server resources (most forums do),
