Nice addon, many ways to use it.
But where is the small js to reset the stars after using the quick reply?

My big board has been using thread ratings for decades. Thread Reviews actually. However, the current addon doesn't offer the functionality we had, so I disabled it. The current functionality is too simple and not intuitive. What we used to have is something similar to XenForo Resource Manager Reviews, but for Threads.

it would be nice to see something similar to this.

And with the schema.org contentRating aggregrateRating, etc.
It would be nice to see star ratings in Google results.

You want to rate threads only? Then show a second page "ratings" with "comments" and "ratings"?
