Duplicate Workaround of censoring filter

Not a bug, but something that would be worthwhile considering. Users can easily get around the censoring filter by using the formatting tags within the word.

example: if "dork" was a censored word, a user can get around the filter by formatting as such: dork

In theory, you can strip all BBCode tags and find words to censor, but it's very inefficient.
