Censoring words without spam

Is there any addons here that could put a message containing censor word into under moderation no matter how many messages that members got? I knew Spam Management probably can do that by putting inifite "Maximum message count" but i don't think would be practical way for managing spam.

@AndyB do you got this feature in any of your addons?

Not sure what you mean by "censor word"...

If you're using the Xenforo censor, it doesn't work that way. You list the word and then the replacement, often just ****, so the censored word never goes live - only the replacement is displayed - and thus there is no need for moderation.
