Wordpress MultiSite help!

Would there be anyone here at xF who would be willing to come and look at my wordpress to see why my multisite setup isn't working? I'm desperate as I have no clue!

what part of it are you struggling exactly ? Is it editing wp-config.php or post that with conflicting plugins ?

I thought I had followed all the instructions, but on my first multisite I get:

And then when I try to go to that site's Dashboard, I get this:

Is this a subdomain or subdirectory install? Did you modify the .htaccess file to match the type of install? Did you modify the wp-config for the type of install ?
