"Wizard" entry/fields for classifieds posts?

I am looking for a way to add fields to a classifieds forum. Specifically I want to require entry of a "location" for the title of each post. I know there are "prefixes" but I need something more robust (I think). I guess this is a bit like what I see on Craigslist...

Ideally the poster goes through a wizard to build their post where one of more fields (cells) are required. Some of these fields will become part of the title and, if possible, some will be included in the body (or some "subtitle" that appears at the top of the body of the post).

Does anyone know of anything that can help with this?
