Implemented Will the term "Resource" be an option?

I'm just curious if the term Resource will be an option. Basically an easy way to call it "Download" or even "Tutorial"? For my needs I want it to say "Review".

Also, would Authors be in the same boat? Or would we just need to adjust the phrases? Would be awesome if it was just a couple of phrases we had to edit if it could not be an option.
