Previously, I only enable the Facebook integration and people can login with their fb account and their user state are "Valid" by default. Today, I just enabled the google integration, but the problem is when I tested login with a google account, the new user stay at the "Awaiting Approval" user state. How to make it "Valid" by default?

I think it's not about google now, I just found the log below:
Spam Log: StopForumSpam matched (username: 35)
I wasn't sure, but guessed that it is about the username, so I tried it again with different name and this time I got the "Valid" state. But still wonder how the system judge which name is spam or not?
