Why is the 1.3 prefix selectable?

In the support forum, the 1.3 prefix is selectable.

Anyone know why? 1.3 hasn't been released to the public yet, so I've no idea why the prefix is available

People keep on choosing it in error as well...

If people choose it by mistake, there's nothing we can do about that. People choose 1.2 when they're running 1.1, which does often change our responses...

However, there are legitimate cases where it has been used already and as soon as the beta is released, it will be the same as everything else.
