Why does the mail get spammed?
i have xenforo 1
that comes e-mail, goes into spam.
in what the problem can be?

No or bad reputation on your sending IP that the mail is sent from.
This is very typical on a cPanel setup where you set up your site hosting and also your own email. Getting email delivered reliably is a time consuming process and the guide that Brogan pointed to will help with a lot of it.
It doesn't cover the SPF entries in the DNS, the DKIM entries and a few other aspects, but some panels set those for you anyway.
