Hi,

I ahve a forum with basically no real traffic. I do get visitors but they are mosty from china. I looked today and there are like 13 people viewing as guests and most of them have this kind of IP:

72.14.164.197 unassigned-197.164.14.72.net.blink.ca

Is that a proxy?

When I click the IP address I have to manually put in the first part, and it leads to the middle of china (I am certain that my website has nothing to do with folks in china). What does the unassigned-197.164.14.72 about?

Basically it does you no harm. But you can block it via robots.txt if bandwidth is a concern.
