Good afternoon. Wrote the problem with the error. I can't find a solution. The moderator deleted my topic and don't move it to the desired section.

Also can't find the section in which to ask a question.

Support is only available to licensed customers. If you are licensed, you should add your forum username to the Forum users page in the Customer area then you will be able to post in the correct forum. Or, via the same link, submit a ticket.
