XF 2.0 Where to add/remove options in registration page?

Its been awhile, which section do we edit for user registration>? Its not on the user registration Setup-User reg page in admin.

We are trying to connect to an external API to sync user emails during registration with our email service Klaiyo.

You want a user entered email to be sent to an external API? XF doesn’t have anything like that built in, you would need a custom add-on to do it.
