XF 2.0 where is watched thread sprite located in xf2 please

That icon isn't purple by default so I assume it could be a third party style. If that's the case, you'd be better off asking the designers of that style for support, as they may use a totally different icon set.
Worth noting that in default XF2 it isn't a sprite, but it uses Font Awesome. So you could identify the HTML or CSS that is generating the icon and change it that way.
