Duplicate Where is the dark mode in XF 2.2? We need this more than ever.

The title is self explanatory.

Basically all internet services offer some kind of dark mode, and using plugins for browsers is not the ideal solution.

I really like the clean design of XF theme, and even with the new progressive web app is a essential feature.

I really hope in the 2.2 a new and official solution for dark mode appears, with a nice little light bubble icon to turn on/off.

Standard XF themes don't detect system preferences though.

It was processed as a normal URL which will be because you inserted it as a link or your browser/OS converted it to a HTML link automatically.

If it looks like the latter and is reproducible please create a big report.

it would be great if by default a dark theme shipped with xenforo. sure, many people will say 'just use the style editor', and i have. but there are issues that i have encountered that have made this such an annoying task; gradients that look terrible on a dark theme hidden everywhere, shadow...
