RM 1.2 Where increasing desciption length ?

Currentlyt the desciption length on resource is 79 characters, - where I can increase it?

I assume you mean the tag line. The limit should be 100 characters by default. Changing it would require changes in the code and in the database to allow a longer value. It isn't something that can be increased via the interface.
