XF 2.0 where do i set the minimum length of a post

That's not a feature in XF.

If it's happening on your site then it must be from an add-on.

that doesnt answer my question, i know a post must contain at least one character.
where is Post defined so i can change that?

It's not defined anywhere except in code.

It's not something you can change without an add-on or editing core files.
