Where do I edit {$session.moderationCounts.total}

So where do I edit {$session.moderationCounts.total}, {$session.userModerationCounts.total}, etc... I looked through some of the core files but couldn't find anything. Anyone know where?

Those counts each have their own records in xf_data_registry.
