Where can I find the library file to upload addons (XenStaff)

I have the XenStaff folder and .xml but I am extremely confused on how to add it into my website. Can someone explain please?

If you require support, please login to the Customer Area and add your forum username to the Forum Users page.

You will then be able to post in the appropriate forum for support. In this case, with support for an add-on you should post in the relevant support thread for that resource.
