When warning a member, the conversation message should use Froala

If you check the box to "start a conversation with {user}" when giving a warning, the "message" field supports bb-code but the toolbar is not shown.

If this isn't a bug, please let me know and I'll open a suggestion for this.

This doesn't occur for me on desktop for XF v2.1.10 Patch 2.

Check it in the XF default style first.

If it works there, check for outdated templates in your custom style.

The check for addons affecting conversation management and disable those.
 
This field has always just been a textarea, going all the way back to the 1.x versions. There is a lot of dynamic updating that happens in this form based on pre-defined values that an admin can select so that may have an effect on applying an RTE to this. It would require specific code to handle.

On the basis that we haven't ever tried to put an RTE here, I'll move this to suggestions.
 
When a moderator warns a member there is an option to start a conversation with the member. The message supports BB code but there is only a simple textarea. Could you please use the WYSIWYG editor instead?

This allows administrator evaluate the appearance of message when he edits the warning conversation message template.
