Design issue When Amending title - Prefix only appears on 2nd try

Not a real issue but when you amend a title of existing thread, If the title has a prefix, the prefix only appears in title if you close the form and reopen.

This has to do with the live title system. It doesn't actually support prefixes. As soon as the title area gets focused, it will remove the prefix -- you can see this on the second go around as well if you focus the text box.

This would actually be quite a significant change for what really is a minor/obscure issue so I don't think it's worth changing anything.
