And what's the placeholder of password? I want to send the user's password to herself(seldom himself) by the welcome e-mail, to reduce the further working of admin and the server.

    {name} is a user's username, e.g. 'msibm'
    {id} is a user's user_id, e.g. '11309'
There isn't one, and never will be. The best you can do is ask the user to use the Forgot your password? page.

You know, for some of the members, retriving the password by e-mail is more difficult than parking in right position.

You can trigger the lost password reset for them by going to the lost password page yourself and entering their username.

    Yes!

The moderators would be very busy.
