What's my IP can't check IPV6 IP's

Can't seem to get the IP look up to work properly with other sites - clicking on an ip does take me to the lookup site but just shows my own IP address so I'd have to enter it manually anyway.

Ok still haven't solved this. What is my IP won't do IPV6 addresses. Trying to change it to another IP setting site doesn't seem to work. So I'm still having to open another site separately and paste the IPV6 addresses in to check for blacklisting.

You need to include the {ip} param in any option, so you'd need to use a service that supports putting the IP to lookup directly in the URL. For what it's worth, the default provider should support IPv6 just fine (the default option is exactly https://whatismyipaddress.com/ip/{ip}, no trailing slashes or anything).

If you're certain the option is set to the value in my previous message, you can DM a link to the error page you're seeing. I haven't seen any issues with looking up IPv6 addresses since the XF 1 days when they were less broadly supported.

It's just been quite recently - last month or so. It'll show location, but if you click on blacklist, it's that message above. I hadn't changed anything in the settings.

I see now, admittedly I haven't used that function myself but it indeed doesn't appear to support IPv6 at this time. Usually the information displayed in the initial page is sufficient to determine whether it's coming from a residential or commercial network, at least, and the ASN is displayed for WAF blocking if you believe it to be a bad actor/bot network or that sort of thing.

I guess I'm in the habit of checking the blacklist with certain suspicious looking sign ups. It works fine for home IP's but not mobile ones (which seem to be a lot these days on IPV6). Yes it's fine for location etc - it's just the blacklist.
