Around the time of the vB3 beta releases you could always tell when a new version was coming because the whole bug forum got fixed within a day or 2. Would be nice to see that again, haven't seen bugs getting fixed in a while (@vB)

That, and the developers got a bit chatty after being silent for a month or so before that (usually just before the announcement/release of semi-major version).
I think the difference is XF is actually social as opposed to feeling that being social is a job for a designated community liaison professional. This is more of a community rather than a customer interface appliance
