XF 2.2 What table/column for Activity summary email option?

I'm looking on xf_user_option and can see receive_admin_email, email_on_conversation, creation_watch_state, and interaction_watch_state.
But where can I see users opted out from Activity summary email?
Please advise.

xf_user.last_summary_enail_date = null if disabled

Does it mean that after 6 months of inactivity users get null automatically?
Kind of not cool. If they return later, they are opted out, but they didn't opted out.
