What should i do with my programming domain

Hello All,

I've bought an good domain (php-talk.de) what should i do with this domain should i install forum cms or like stackoverflow question and answer ?
Language of the site will be german and i'm still thinking of to do with the domain any suggestions ?

You'll struggle massively if you try doing a stack overflow type site - XenForo's great, but there's no way you'll get a SO type site working on it. Not to mention that you'll need to spend millions to get anywhere near their size.

I'd stick to a forum type setup.

Thank you for your suggestion.I know XenForo is great i'm already owning an license for that project i would need to purchase another license.
Can you suggest me an free software that's good.
If i've enough i can buy another license.
