One of my members which is using Windows 7 with Chrome reports my site sometimes looks like this:

I appears to be random for him.

    Some things to check:

The SSL thing is a very specific problem. But more generally, the base href in the page source was wrong. Check your source code to make sure the base href is correct.

If the base href is correct then it might be the browser not obeying it. Either that or the request for the resource may have just failed for whatever reason. It happens.

Thanks, Jake. I didn't understand much of that but I'll read up to see if I can figure it out.

    What is the forum URL?

The one in the image URL for the browser address bar I would imagine. :p

I hit it several times on the Mac via Chrome, my Windows 8 box using Chrome and never had a problem. I wonder if that user has any specific add-ons enabled.

Hey. Yeah, it's goTitans.com. No one else has mentioned the issue so it may be isolated.

    Thanks for your help.

It's a site about the Titans. 'Nuff said. :D

Like the team itself right now, there's something very wrong.

It works for me. It might just be a random failure to load the CSS.

This is an issue "user side". Don't waste your time chasing around for a fix Jeff :)

I was hoping this was the case but I just had a second mention it happened to them multiple times.

Ask him to try another browser for a bit and see if it does it with it also. Ask him what add-ons he/she has installed in Chrome.
