I can only imagine it's someone running a joke bot or it's some general spam penetration test and if it succeeds your site is marked as spammable.

The oldest post I can find for it is in 2014. So it's been around a long time.

Nah, it really is Hare Krishna spam I think. I have had them register and post it a few times. Being a religion site I think we tried engaging with the poster the first couple times but now I just pre-emptively spam-blast them.
