Possibly. But I can only give you the things that will make the annoyance go away.

Totally understand. Couldn't these issues potentially happen with a hosting provider as well, however? Even hosts can have issues with their servers at times, and I don't know an easy way around this. What I will say: We always improve our monitoring systems when we have an issue & we always build in new safeguards so that particular issue doesn't happen again. We don't like downtime any more than our customers do.
