Website offline ?

www.example.com > website offline down
example.com > working properly

Today website was offline and unreachable, I talked with my host that they explained it is working properly and find no technical issues. I type again without "www", just example.com. It is working fine. I checked my board URL which shown http://www.example.com. I want to make www working properly.

Any clues, guys? likely issue with CloudFlare?

If you don't want to give out the actual URL to your board it's just a big guessing game for everyone who wants to help.

I've had bad experiences with CloudFlare though, so maybe.

I need same full URL (www.example.com) but today unexpected only shown- example.com. I talked with my host for almost two hours but I don't think it has to do with NameCheap host. Attracta SEO causing this?

How can I make it working with www ?

Add a A record for "www" and make it point to the IP.
where?

You should be redirecting www to non-www or vice versa.
how to do?

Please advise. I never faced this issue before. :notworthy:

It's in the FAQ...

How can I redirect all traffic to the www or non-www version of my site?
If you are on an Apache server, this can be achieved by editing the .htaccess file. Refer to the discussion thread in the forum for more information.
Note that any custom rewrite rules must come before the XenForo rewrite rules.

You haven't explained what the nature of the problem is though so you may need to take other steps first.

setup Incapsula service, it is impressive and smooth. (y)

Not only this, Cloudflare's poor customer services keep pointing fingers at hosting provider for some kind of time-outs, lol.

Just be sure to install the add-on or contact their support on how to configure apache... If you don't, all your IP addresses in your logs will be theirs and not your visitors.

Incapsula is very powerful in that unlike Cloudflare, it really is a true domain proxy.

Configuration isn't had and can be done in minutes.
