Not a bug watched_thread_reply

Our current XenForo for some unknown reason is not sending watched thread notifications. I am not sure that all members are in this position but I for one am not getting them for the last month. My personal settings have not changed and they are set to receive them. Is there a check that I can make to source this?

I am getting ready to perform an update (2.2.13) but want to get this aside first.

Any suggestions?
