Awaiting feedback warnings

I have a 5 point moderation and a 10 point ban limit set.
This user was put into a long term ban, but its expired and he's back on moderation.
Looks like the year long warnings haven't taken effect.
He currently has 21 warning points listed in his profile. but the moderation system thinks he's somewhere between 5 and 10 points.

Can you clarify this? How did it expire? What are you exact warning action settings.

I don't see any expired warnings there, and assuming you didn't delete anything, his warning points would not have dropped, so no action removal would have been triggered by that. If the ban expired, that'd presumably mean that the ban was temporary or it was manually removed.

I think whats happened is the 4 warnings at the bottom of the list have taken effect.
The 4 warnings at the top, before the NZ have come in, but have not taken effect.
His "ban" expired after approximately 1 week.
