If you have a forum with multiple languages and defined warnings with translations for every language, a user still gets all warnings in the moderator's language.
This makes translations for warnings odd and should be displayed in the user's selected language.
I've changed this, though of course there is an opposite situation where this can be incorrect (where the moderator can't really work in the language of the target). I expect this would be less frequent and they could still leave the default text.
