XF 1.5 Warning points not working

I have the warning points shown as in the picture but it doesn't ban someone with 200 points?

User's score has to move past the threshold to trigger the action. Note, not be over. Move past. In your case (points threshold = 10) he would need to have been on 9 or less and go to 10 or more to cause a ban.

This record shows the user was already on 44 points (at least) on 23 May, and so cannot currently pass the threshold. It all therefore depends on
- when the new Warning Action was set up
- what the user's score already was when that happened.
