Not a bug Visitors can't edit own messages

Hello,

On my forum I have set the permissions so that visitors can edit their own post but it does not work. Did I miss something?
The example below is immediatly after posting the message, and there is no option to edit the message even after refreshing the page.

Some permissions explicitly require a user account.

We only store a user ID for messages and for guest messages that is 0 so there’s no way of identifying whether the person editing the message is the person who created the message.

But XF store IP isn't it ?
I can see the visitor IP in the message

IP addresses do not necessarily uniquely identify a specific visitor. We simply only let logged in users edit their own messages.
