Third party Vimeo embedding no longer working

I'm not sure if this is a (temporary) service issue but Vimeo embedding no longer works.

It's not a 1.3 specific issue as it also doesn't work in 1.2.4.

That seems plausible:

The DDoS attacks are currently causing instability for the Vimeo on-site and embedded player.

I would say that is it considering I can't load any of xf's videos directly from the vimeo site.
