Fixed "View previous comments..." missing in certain cases

If a profile post has 3 visible comments and one soft-deleted comments (of which the removed one is in the last 3), the "View previous comments..." link doesn't display to those who can view deleted comments. Did a quick test on a random profile post that fit the criteria...

This is what it looks like for a staff member:


Here's what it looks like to a guest:


The first comment visible to a guest isn't visible to me as a staff member, so it should in theory show "View previous comments...", but it unfortunately doesn't.

This looks to be the opposite of this bug

Fixed - View previous comments - none to view

Hopefully the fix for that which was done locally has also fixed this.

This was actually an additional fix needed as a result of the earlier fix.

It should be working as expected now and the changes have been rolled out here.
